Fish Release Field Trip
Wow! What a day! We set our fish friends free, spoke with scientists, painted on real fish, caught (or tried to) fish, had a nature scavenger hunt, AND toured the Nampa Fish Hatchery!! This was not a relaxing day! It was great to spend the day with these great kiddos!

Fish Friends
Fourth graders are learning leadership skills as they work with a second grade Fish Friend during our Trout in the Classroom project this year. This week they met their little friend and observed the trout eggs up close! What fun to learn together!
Web-Kids
Fifth grade students are not only enjoying raising our new trout eggs, but are also learning about web-design! They are learning to upload digital media from iPads and Google Drive and collaboration skills as they design a website that documents learning and observations of the Trout in the Classroom activities! Be sure to check out their websites! Each week new content will be added to the student pages.
